RoPuzzle – Advertising Practices and Policies

At Nani Studios, the safety and privacy of children using our apps is a top priority. Our mobile game, RoPuzzle, is directed toward children aged 4 and up, and is designed to comply with the requirements of Apple’s App Store Kids Category, as well as applicable privacy regulations like COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
🔐 Third-Party Advertising
RoPuzzle uses Unity Ads to serve limited, child-appropriate interstitial ads. We have taken specific steps to ensure all advertisements shown are suitable for young audiences:
✅ Our Advertising Compliance Measures
1. Child-Directed Settings
We have enabled Unity Ads' "Made for Families" and child-directed settings to ensure compliance with Apple’s Kids Category guidelines and COPPA. These settings limit data collection and ensure ads are appropriate for children.
2. COPPA Compliance
We have explicitly enabled COPPA compliance in our Unity Ads configuration. This restricts Unity from collecting personal data and ensures ad targeting is restricted.
3. No Data Collection
Neither RoPuzzle nor Unity Ads collects personal information from users. We do not use user identifiers, location data, or behavioral tracking.
4. Ad Types
Only interstitial ads are used in RoPuzzle. There are no rewarded video ads or banner ads. All ads are age-appropriate and comply with the child-directed content policy.
5. Human Review of Ads
Unity's ad service applies strict filters to block inappropriate content. We have enabled these filters to ensure all ad creatives meet age-appropriateness requirements. All ad settings are configured to show ads that are safe for children.
6. Age-Appropriate Filtering
All Unity Ads shown in RoPuzzle are filtered to be appropriate for children aged 4 and older. We rely on Unity’s ad categorization system to block any mature or sensitive content.

We take our role in providing a safe experience for children seriously. All advertising in RoPuzzle is reviewed and filtered for compliance, and no personal data is collected. Our advertising policy is designed to be fully transparent and aligned with Apple’s App Store Review Guideline 1.3 – Safety: Kids Category.
